Hiring: Sales Engineer Access Equipment Rental

Location: Chennai (Maco Office)

Region: Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Experience: 28 Years

Industry: Heavy Equipment / Construction Equipment Rental

Travel: 1520 days per month

Joining: Immediate

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives


Candidate Profile

  • 28 years experience in equipment rental / construction equipment sales
  • Strong contractor and project network in Tamil Nadu / Kerala
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Self-driven with strong field sales ability


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic field sales professional to develop rental business for Access Equipment (Boom Lifts & Scissor Lifts) across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

The role involves identifying project opportunities, developing contractor relationships, and improving rental fleet utilization.


Key Responsibilities

Rental Business Development

  • Generate rental enquiries and orders for boom lifts and scissor lifts.
  • Identify opportunities in construction projects, factories and shutdown maintenance activities.

Project Identification

  • Regularly visit construction sites and industrial plants to identify equipment requirements.
  • Track upcoming projects and rental opportunities.

Customer Development

  • Build relationships with contractors, project managers, maintenance heads and procurement teams.
  • Develop repeat business from key customers and project contractors.

Fleet Utilization

  • Ensure maximum deployment of rental machines by actively developing new opportunities.

  • Crane / Telehandler Rental
  • Heavy Equipment Sales or Rental
