Senior Sales Engineer

Responsible for sales of construction equipment / Material Handling equipment in Karnataka & and major cities of Tamil Nadu. Must have good connections in the construction industry, Infrastructure industry, builders, developers, and contractors in these locations. Identify market potential, and visits, Submit Proposals, regularly follow up, and get the targets achieved. Update weekly and monthly plans and achievements in CRM/ERP.

• Frequent Travelling, and visits. Stationed at Bangalore. Reporting to AVP Sales.
• Key Skills: Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, building relationships, managing processes, Technical Sales, and Market Knowledge.

Candidate Profile :

Minimum 5-67 years of experience in construction / Infrastructure equipment sales. Good connection with various Industries like Construction, Infrastructure & and its contractors. Go-getter, Vibrant & self-motivated who can handle responsibilities and establish a great market presence in Karnataka and major cities of Tamil Nadu. Must be fluent in English & Kannada. Tamil & Hindi speaking will be an added advantage.

Salary: 6,00,000 ~ 7,20,000 per annum + PF, PT, Bonus, Medical Insurance, Tour allowances as per Industry standard + Sales Incentives.

Qualifications: Diploma / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, BSc Physics, Maths.
