Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong experience in US B2B outbound sales and appointment setting.

The role requires owning the front-end revenue pipeline generation, engaging senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities using structured frameworks (BANT/MEDDICC), and booking high-quality meetings for Anosales sales teams.

This is a high-impact revenue role, ideal for professionals experienced in international sales outreach and enterprise prospecting.


> Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Prospecting

Prospect US-based companies and decision-makers

Run outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify leads using BANT / MQL criteria

Book qualified meetings for sales teams

Maintain CRM and Excel trackers daily

Submit structured daily and weekly reports

Execute multi-touch follow-up sequences

Coordinate with campaign managers and QA teams

Achieve outreach and appointment targets

Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Email Sequences) targeting US-based decision-makers

Engage CXO, VP, Director, and IT/Business leadership personas

Generate qualified meetings aligned with Anosales ICPs

Drive daily outbound activity targets and pipeline contribution


> Required Skills

Strong spoken and written English

Cold calling and objection handling ability

Microsoft Excel proficiency (mandatory)

CRM and outreach tools familiarity

Strong reporting discipline

Professional work ethics

Team interaction and process adherence

Understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer journeys


> Preferred Background

B2B marketing agency experience

Exposure to SaaS, IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Consulting sales

SDR / inside sales / appointment setting

US calling experience preferred
