Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Senior Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales). The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, engaging prospective clients, and nurturing relationships to drive business development.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a targeted sales database of BFSI enterprises and relevant stakeholders.
  • Run outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi-touch cadences to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Pitch Ancoras Sales Performance Management / incentive automation value to stakeholders and uncover problem statements.
  • Qualify leads and route high-quality opportunities to the closing team.
  • Schedule and manage product demos with the pre-sales team and ensure high show-up rates through reminders and stakeholder mapping.
  • Keep CRM hygiene tight: log activities, update account intelligence, track stage movement, and maintain clean funnel reporting.
  • Drive disciplined follow-ups and help create a 10x pipeline against targets by consistent prospecting and conversion.


Qualifications

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / SDR / B2B SaaS outbound.
  • Strong communication skills & ability to do CXO-level outreach.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling + structured follow-ups.
  • Experience building pipelines through prospecting, lead research, and qualification.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools + strong Excel/Sheets discipline.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment (meetings booked, SQLs created, pipeline generated).
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
