Senior Sales Counsellor

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic Career Counsellor to join our admissions team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping students and their families discover the right path in India's growing Creative and AVGC industry animation, VFX, gaming, and design education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to students and parents on Arena Animation's courses and career pathways
• Manage walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries, and online leads with professionalism
• Assess student requirements, backgrounds, and aspirations to recommend suitable career-oriented programs
• Consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Maintain comprehensive student enquiry data, follow-up schedules, and conversion records in CRM
• Handle day-to-day tasks including campus tours, CRM maintenance, and student interactions

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets consistently
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Empathetic listener with problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in education & training industry
• Understanding of design, technology, or creative education sectors
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
