About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales/Account Executive to drive new business for Coupa implementation, integration, and managed services across the US market. This India-based role focuses on new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and end-to-end sales cycle management aligned to US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue and bookings targets for Coupa services.
• Drive full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain a 34x pipeline for US enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with CPOs, CFOs, CIOs, and Procurement leadership.
• Collaborate with Coupa alliances, internal pre-sales, delivery, and marketing.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, SoW structuring, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at Coupa Inspire and procurement industry events.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years in enterprise technology or consulting services sales.
• Minimum 10+ years selling Coupa or S2P/P2P implementation services to US clients.
• Proven track record as a hunter with consistent quota achievement.
• Knowledge of Coupa modules such as P2P, Sourcing, CLM, Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management, and Analytics.
• Experience with ERP and integration technologies (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Strong communication skills with ability to operate in US market hours.
• Experience in MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN selling frameworks.

Working Model

Based in India; operates in US hours.

Travel to the US for client meetings and industry events (up to 25%).
