We are looking for a seasoned enterprise sales professional to drive high-value ERP, AI automation, and fully customized software projects across Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Healthcare, and other enterprise sectors.
This is a strategic consultative selling role focused on complex digital transformation deals with ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 2 Crores.
- Generate and close enterprise-level software and ERP deals
- Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers
- Lead consultative discussions and solution positioning
- Manage long sales cycles (39 months)
- Handle RFPs, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to craft winning proposals
- 5+ years experience in ERP / enterprise software / IT consulting sales
- Existing network of mid-to-large enterprise decision-makers
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B deals
- Strong business communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with structured enterprise sales processes
- Fixed Salary: Competitive, based on experience (40,000 1,50,000 per month range, negotiable)
- Performance-Based Commission: 7% 12% per closed deal
- Target Deal Size: 50 Lakhs to 2 Crores
- Additional performance incentives for exceeding quarterly targets
