Senior Sales Consultant – ERP & Custom Software (Enterprise)

We are looking for a seasoned enterprise sales professional to drive high-value ERP, AI automation, and fully customized software projects across Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Healthcare, and other enterprise sectors.

This is a strategic consultative selling role focused on complex digital transformation deals with ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 2 Crores.

• Generate and close enterprise-level software and ERP deals
• Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers
• Lead consultative discussions and solution positioning
• Manage long sales cycles (39 months)
• Handle RFPs, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment
• Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to craft winning proposals

• 5+ years experience in ERP / enterprise software / IT consulting sales
• Existing network of mid-to-large enterprise decision-makers
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B deals
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with structured enterprise sales processes

• Fixed Salary: Competitive, based on experience (40,000 1,50,000 per month range, negotiable)
• Performance-Based Commission: 7% 12% per closed deal
• Target Deal Size: 50 Lakhs to 2 Crores
• Additional performance incentives for exceeding quarterly targets
