Role Overview
We are looking for mature, consultative sales professionals who can engage with business owners, understand their growth challenges, and guide them into the right program.

This is not transactional sellingthis is advisory, insight-driven selling.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct deep-dive discovery calls with business owners (1 Cr100 Cr+ revenue range).

Understand client challenges across sales, marketing, operations, and scaling.

Recommend suitable programs (50,000/month to 12 lakh/year offerings).

Build trust and position yourself as a business advisor, not just a salesperson.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, consultation, objection handling, and closing.

Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-ups.

Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.Ideal Candidate Profile4+ years experience in high-ticket or consultative sales (education, coaching, SaaS, or services).

Proven track record of closing deals above 1 lakh+ ticket size.

Strong business acumenyou understand how businesses operate and scale.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Ability to handle mature, experienced business owners confidently.
