Odriyo is a fast-growing hospitality technology platform helping hotels and restaurants manage operations, improve guest experience, and increase revenue through digital solutions.

We are building a strong on-ground acquisition engine city by city, and this role will be critical in scaling Varanasi.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance B2B field sales professional who can:

  • Meet hospitality business owners daily
  • Pitch and demonstrate Odriyos platform
  • Close deals and onboard clients
  • Build strong relationships in the local ecosystem

This is a field-first, execution-heavy role with direct impact on revenue.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

You must:

Have 3+ years of B2B field sales experience

Have personally onboarded hotels/restaurants onto a platform

Have handled:

  • Owner/decision-maker meetings
  • Product demos
  • Deal closures
  • Onboarding execution

Have experience in:

  • POS / billing software
  • Zomato / Swiggy / OYO / OTA
  • Hospitality SaaS / restaurant tech

Be comfortable with:

  • Daily field visits (7-10 meetings/day)
  • High ownership and targets
Do NOT Apply If
  • You have only telecalling / inside sales experience
  • You have never worked with hotels/restaurants
  • You are a fresher

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end onboarding of hotels & restaurants
  • Conduct daily on-ground meetings with decision-makers
  • Pitch Odriyo and close deals
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation
  • Build long-term relationships in the hospitality ecosystem
  • Generate consistent revenue through acquisition
  • Share market insights and customer feedback
