Location: Gurugram/Noida
#of working days: 5 days a week with 2 Saturdays working (2nd & 4th)
Timings: 10am to 7pm

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Associate to join our fast-growing startup. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a key role in driving sales growth while representing the companys brand and solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with a steady flow of prospects.
- Support in setting up client meetings and product/service demos.
Sales & Revenue Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve business objectives.
- Track and report sales metrics regularly to the management team.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely responses to client queries, quotations, and proposals.
- Drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Gather competitor and industry insights to support sales strategy.
- Share client feedback with internal teams for product/service improvement.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (calls, follow-ups, meetings, conversions).
- Support the creation of sales collaterals and presentations.

- Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Strong client relationship management and retention.
- Accurate reporting and CRM updates.
- Contribution to brand visibility and market presence.

Revenue & Targets
- Monthly/quarterly revenue achieved vs. target: 90% achievement.
- Number of deals closed per month: (startup to define target e.g., 810 SMB deals OR 23 enterprise deals).
- Average deal value growth (month-on-month).
Lead Generation & Pipeline
- No. of qualified leads generated per month: (define target e.g., 3050).
- Conversion ratio (leads meetings closures): 1520%.
- Follow-up adherence: 95% leads followed within 48 hrs.
Client Relationship
- Repeat/upsell revenue contribution: 20% of total sales.
- Client satisfaction score (post-sales feedback): 8/10.
- Retention of key accounts: 90%.
Sales Operations
- CRM data accuracy & reporting compliance: 95%.
- Sales reports submitted on time: 100%.
Behavioral / Soft Metrics
- Punctuality and responsiveness (internal & external).
- Team collaboration in closing strategic accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 24 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (startup/SME background preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with resilience to work in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital prospecting (LinkedIn, email campaigns).
