Senior Sales Account Manager - BFSI West

Location: Mumbai


Your Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven BFSI Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of our software solutions. This role requires a motivated individual with experience in enterprise software sales and a passion for delivering value to customers.


Your Impact:


Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential customers in BFSI

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and how SolarWinds solutions can address them.

Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Effectively communicate the value of SolarWinds software products to key decision-makers through presentations, demos, and proposals.

Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations and post-sale engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates on performance to management.


Your Experience:


Proven track record in software sales for BFSI, preferably in IT management, observability, or network security solutions.

Experience in a field sales role, particularly within the Mumbai region.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region as required.
