Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior SaaS / ERP Sales Executive with 35 years of proven B2B IT sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and closing high-value ERP / SaaS deals.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. Remote work is not permitted.
Key Responsibilities
1 Business Development
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across industries.
- Target SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct field visits and in-person meetings within Chennai and nearby regions.
2 Consultative Selling
- Understand client business processes and pain points.
- Recommend suitable Zoho solutions such as:
- Zoho One
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Books
- Zoho People
- Zoho Creator
- Conduct product demonstrations (online & physical meetings).
- Work closely with the technical/implementation team for solution scoping.
3 Sales Cycle Ownership
- Manage complete sales lifecycle:
- Lead qualification
- Requirement analysis
- Proposal & pricing
- Negotiation
- Deal closure
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
4 Revenue & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships for recurring SaaS revenue.
Required Skills
- 35 years of experience in SaaS / ERP / CRM / IT Sales
- Strong B2B consultative selling ability
- Experience handling CXOs, founders, finance heads, and HR heads
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work from office (Chennai-based role)
Qualification
- Any Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
