Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior RPA Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise-grade automation solutions built using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere A360. This role focuses on L2/L3 production support, automation monitoring, incident management, UAT support, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational ownership, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to act as a support lead for critical automation platforms.


Requirements:


RPA Production & Operational Support

Provide L2/L3 production support for RPA solutions developed using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere A360.

Monitor bot executions, schedules, logs, and reports to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Analyze and resolve business and system exceptions, failures, and incidents within defined SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for permanent fixes.


Automation Monitoring & Reporting

Validate bot outputs including reports, logs, screenshots, and extracted data.

Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports, exception summaries, and health dashboards with stakeholders.

Ensure automation performance, reliability, and compliance with operational standards UAT.


Deployment & Hypercare

Support UAT, SIT, and post-deployment hypercare activities.

Validate workflows during transitions from development to production.

Assist with deployment coordination, configuration checks, and production readiness.


Platform & Workflow Support

Support Power Automate approval workflows integrated with Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Perform minor enhancements, logic updates, validations, and configuration changes during support phases.

Support multi-tenant Power Automate workflows and environment-level configurations.


Stakeholder & Team Coordination

Act as a support lead / sub-lead, coordinating daily activities and workload allocation within the team.

Communicate effectively with business users, clients, and internal stakeholders on issues, progress, and resolutions.

Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures.


Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).

Experience supporting Automation Anywhere A360 bots in production.

Expertise in:

a) Bot monitoring & scheduling

b) Incident & exception handling

c) Production and hypercare support

d) Output validation (reports, logs, screenshots)

Experience supporting integrations with Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.

Understanding of approval-based and finance-related business workflows


Experience:

3+ years of experience in RPA support or automation operations.

Proven experience handling enterprise-scale automations in production environments.

Exposure to UAT/SIT support and deployment readiness activities.

Prior experience taking lead or coordination responsibilities is a strong plus.
