Job Description
The Senior Rewards Analyst will drive our total rewards strategy by partnering with business leaders and People Partners. You'll Identify compensation and benefits gaps, design impactful reward solutions, and ensure effective, consistent, and innovative delivery of reward programs across the organization.
Strategic Partnership & Rewards Analysis
- Collaborate with People Partners and leaders to identify pay, benefits, and recognition gaps.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, incentive program reviews, and market analysis to align rewards with business objectives.
- Influence stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations that demonstrate the value and ROI of reward programs.
- Support personal and career development discussions with reward insights that guide decisions.
Reward Design & Program Management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve strategic compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, bonuses, long-term incentives, and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure programs are equitable, competitive, inclusive, and culturally relevant across Bells global workforce.
- Introduce frameworks, accreditations, or certifications to enhance program credibility and effectiveness.
- Partner with the wider People & Values team to deliver organization-wide reward initiatives and provide insights on trends, compliance, and best practices.
Systems & Process Management
- Maintain and optimize rewards platforms and HRIS tools to ensure accurate pay administration and reporting.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and efficiency in all reward processes.
- Oversee reporting, data analysis, and updates to support decision-making and business planning.
Team Support, Coaching & Role Modelling
- Mentor and coach junior team members in reward analytics, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in rewards practices while demonstrating Bells values.
- Provide guidance and upskilling to the broader People & Values team to build confidence in reward-related conversations.
Looking for someone who:
- Has deep experience in handling data relating to total rewards, compensation, benefits, and recognition program design and management.
- Can communicate complex reward concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and influence decisions using data.
- Has proven ability to manage large-scale, complex reward programs with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Can partner with an international and remote workforce to implement programs effectively.
- Understands reward systems, HRIS platforms, and analytics tools to support decision-making.
