As part of Act XMs continued success we are looking to hire a Senior research Consultant to deliver insights-led, technology enabled research solutions for our clients.


About the Role

Were looking for a detail oriented, quick learning Senior Research Consultant who can foster and maintain client relationships, balance multiple complex projects, and consistently deliver high quality outcomes.


This is a client-facing role where youll manage full-service quantitative research projects end-to-end, from shaping the research approach through to delivering insight decks and dashboards that help clients make confident, data-driven decisions.


Youll work with innovative tools (including AI-enabled workflows) and the Qualtrics platform to deliver research that is customer experience focused and insight driven.


Youll be the primary day-to-day contact for clients once projects are commissioned, and youll partner closely with internal specialists and external providers to ensure successful delivery.


This is a remote role based in India , working APJ hours , partnering closely with our ANZ-based team and clients across the region.


As a senior team member, youll work with clients and internal teams to manage all aspects of study execution, guiding stakeholders through critical phases, including:


  • Partner with Sales as a subject matter expert to understand real-time client research needs and shape solution approaches
  • Consult with clients to understand objectives and recommend the best combination of Act XM services and Qualtrics capabilities
  • Present and demonstrate Qualtrics technology and research solutions in client meetings
  • Own project delivery end-to-end: timelines, scope, quality, stakeholders, risk management, and outcomes
  • Build expertise in questionnaire processing and survey setup/programming in Qualtrics
  • Coordinate project tasks including survey setup, sampling, translations, and coding; collaborate with survey programmers on advanced scripting when needed
  • Manage data quality through in-survey checks, post-fieldwork verification, and structured data management practices
  • Deliver insight-led reporting, including executive-ready insight decks that translate statistical findings into clear stories and recommendations
  • Develop innovative dashboards and reporting tools, leveraging Qualtrics capabilities and automation to improve speed-to-insight
  • Leverage AI tools to support analysis, insight extraction, thematic summarisation, and storytelling (with appropriate quality and methodological checks)
  • Maintain deep, current knowledge of Qualtrics tools and best practices in technology-enabled research delivery

What You Bring
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
  • 5+ years experience in a market research agency, online research, quantitative research, or in-house research management (client-side)
  • Strong background in brand research and customer research, with a solid understanding of quantitative research principles
  • Ideally has worked within global market research or CX consulting firms , delivering insight-led research for enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to create actionable insights and produce high-quality client deliverables (including insight decks)
  • Strong platform capability (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and analytics/statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, Q, Survey Reporter, etc.)
  • Confident client manager: professional, responsive, consultative, and solutions oriented
  • Independent learner, highly motivated, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to prioritise across multiple projects
  • Team player with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple workstreams while maintaining quality
