Role Overview

The Senior Research Analyst is a high-ownership, systems-building role responsible for designing and strengthening the research and validation architecture that powers Aokahs intelligence backbone.

You will independently identify complex data gaps, design structured validation approaches, and ensure that intelligence outputs are decision-grade, product-ready, and scalable. This role requires intellectual rigor, systems thinking, and the ability to build repeatable research methodologies, not just produce reports.

What Youll Do

1.Research Strategy & Framework Design

• Define structured research frameworks across each Wisdom domain.
• Establish validation standards and source credibility criteria.
• Identify gaps in data coverage and proactively design closure strategies.
• Architect advanced secondary research methodologies using authoritative data repositories, subscription databases, regulatory disclosures, cross-border policy documents, and expert publications.

2.Advanced Data Validation & Triangulation

• Cross-verify multi-source datasets to ensure reliability.
• Build validation matrices to measure source alignment and data confidence levels.
• Identify inconsistencies, flag anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create structured audit trails for high-impact datasets.

3.Structured Intelligence Curation

• Design reusable research templates and taxonomies.
• Ensure research outputs are ingestion-ready for data pipelines.
• Partner closely with Data Engineering to optimize research-to-platform data flow.

4.Primary Research Leadership

• Design structured surveys, expert outreach programs, and data collection frameworks.
• Define sampling logic and validation standards for primary research.
• Ensure evidence quality and methodological transparency.

5.Insight Synthesis & Decision Support

• Translate complex, multi-source data into structured, executive-ready insights.
• Produce decision briefs that directly support Wisdom-level strategy.
• Clearly articulate assumptions, limitations, and confidence levels.
• Ensure research insights are measurable, actionable, and platform integrable.

6.Governance & Quality Oversight

• Establish periodic data audit mechanisms and update cycles.
• Define governance protocols for high-impact datasets.
• Mentor junior analysts on structured thinking, validation rigor, and documentation discipline.

• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams

4.Governance-Focused - Strong understanding of data integrity, traceability, auditability, and compliance-sensitive research environments.

5.Clear & Executive-Ready Communicator - You can produce concise decision briefs and document methodologies with clarity and rigor.

6.High Ownership & Curiosity - You proactively identify gaps, ask better questions, and take responsibility for outcomes. You are comfortable building from scratch.

Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, Economics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
• 47 years in research, consulting, analytics, intelligence, or strategy roles
• Experience supporting enterprise decision systems or platform products
• Exposure to GCC, global expansion, regulatory ecosystems, workforce intelligence, or cross-border business strategy
• Experience designing structured research methodologies
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts

• Standardized research frameworks deployed across at least two Wisdom domains
• Validation matrices implemented for all high-impact datasets
• Structured intelligence templates adopted by product and data teams
• Clear audit trails and update cycles established
• Research outputs integrated seamlessly into platform workflows
• Junior analysts mentored into stronger validation discipline
