Role Title: Relationship Officer -Home Loan

Function: SULB/ Home Loan

Administrative Reporting: Branch Business Manager-Home Loan

Functional Reporting: Branch Business Manager-Home Loan

 

 

Job Purpose: 

 

  • The primary responsibility of the Relationship Officer is to source business from the open market and connectors to achieve business targets as per the organizational goal.

 

ROLE SUMMARY

 

Relationship officer is to source business from the open market and connectors to achieve business targets as per the organizational goal. Relationship Officer will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolios across all the processing centers. RO needs to follow all necessary regulatory requirements and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

Business Development

Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders.

He needs to source and empanel new connectors on every month

To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business.

Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads

Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business

Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM

To find, nurture and develop excellent relationships with the Referral Partners and Connectors

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate

 

Nature of Experience: 1+ Years experience in similar industry.
