Job Description

Role Overview:


We are looking for experienced professionals from the BFSI / Life Insurance sector who have strong team management ability. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of Team Leaders / Advisors to drive business growth in the Partner Channel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop a team of Team Leaders / Advisors from the local market
  • Drive life insurance business through team productivity and performance
  • Provide regular training, motivation, and sales guidance to the team
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and expand market presence
  • Support the team in lead generation, client meetings, and business closure
  • Review performance and implement strategies for continuous growth


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in BFSI Sales
  • At least 1 year of experience in Life Insurance (Agency / Partner / Direct Channel)
  • Strong team building and leadership skills
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team
  • Graduation mandatory (any discipline
  • Age: 26 to 48 years
