Job Description
Hiring for a Leading Banking client in Mumbai Region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' investment objectives.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers to the Portfolio (NTB)
- Enhancement and deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of the customer.
- Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
- Cross Selling Third-Party Products, Assets, Cards, etc.
- Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts.
- Error-free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc).
Qualifications
- 4-10 years' of client relationship experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- Graduate/Professional Degree in any field.
- Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets.
- AMFI Certification.
- NCFM Certification.
