Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the real estate developer community in Mumbai and the MMR region.
  • Manage large-scale real estate transactions valued at 100 Cr+ with end-to-end ownership.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in micro-market analysis, including demandsupply dynamics, price movements, new launches, customer preferences and overall competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Audit for due diligence, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Analyse variances between the investment thesis and the actual performance of the asset/project, and highlight key insights to management in a timely manner for required course corrections.
  • Maintain strong post-investment relationships with developers to ensure smooth monitoring and efficient loan repayment.
  • Keep management updated on key market drivers, emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence.
