You’ll lead the charge in expanding our Connected Aviation Solutions portfolio, building powerful client relationships, and closing high-impact deals. With a “Courage over Comfort” mindset, you’ll break through barriers, pursue untapped opportunities, and drive meaningful growth across the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Region: Drive the sales of Corporate Solutions across South Asia, delivering on revenue goals and market penetration.

  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement bold, forward-thinking sales strategies to win new business and outperform competitors.

  • Be the Connector: Engage with airlines, ground handlers, aviation authorities, and other key players—turning prospects into long-term partners.

  • Lead with Insight: Leverage industry trends, customer intelligence, and competitive data to shape winning proposals and pitches.

  • Sell the Vision: Deliver compelling presentations and solutions that highlight the value and impact of our aviation technologies.

  • Close with Confidence: Lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism to secure profitable outcomes.

  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with legal, marketing, technical, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of aviation innovation, and share critical insights to drive future-ready strategies.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales success, ideally within aviation, aerospace, or technology.

  • Deep knowledge of airline operations, communications systems, and digital aviation solutions.

  • A fearless negotiator with persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A self-starter who owns results, thrives in fast-paced environments, and adapts quickly.

  • Willingness and ability to travel across the region as needed.
