Role Overview:

• As a Sr. Manager Recruitment, you will be responsible for end-to-end leadership hiring, talent strategy, stakeholder management, and building strong recruitment frameworks aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Leadership Hiring across functions and business units
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning and talent needs
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for niche and leadership positions
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment teams
• Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures with quality hires

Desired Profile:

• Extensive experience in Leadership / Senior-level Hiring
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven expertise in strategic recruitment planning and execution
• Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in large-scale or matrix organizations preferred
