Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager Non-IT Recruitment with strong experience in Manufacturing / Engineering hiring to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in consulting/staffing environments, strong team management skills, and the ability to drive recruitment delivery for client accounts.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and market dynamics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Drive regular client engagement, hiring updates, and delivery reviews.
  • Serve as a key liaison between client-facing RPO teams and backend delivery teams to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client hiring requirements.
  • Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
  • Hire for mid to senior level roles across major functions such as Engineering & Manufacturing
  • Ensure quality pipeline generation through multiple sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Team Leadership & Market Intelligence
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters / consultants.
  • Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and productivity.
  • Provide guidance on search strategy, candidate assessment, and client communication.
  • Track industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring patterns.
  • Provide insights to clients on talent mapping, compensation trends, and talent movement.


Pre-Requisites

  • 1012 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, specifically within the Manufacturing / Engineering domain.
  • Experience working in a recruitment consulting / staffing environment.
  • Proven experience in team handling and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
