This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Executive, based in Delhi, India. As a Senior Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive job descriptions, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting candidate interviews, maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients, and overseeing the recruitment process to fulfill hiring needs promptly. You will also collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure the seamless placement of candidates across various industries.

• Proficiency in Job Description Development and creating targeted job postings
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes, including talent sourcing
• Excellent Communication and client relationship management skills
• Experience conducting effective and professional candidate interviews
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and utilizing recruitment tools
• At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in overseas staffing or related industries
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of labor laws, visa processes, and compliance for international recruitment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a results-driven environment
