Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

This is a full-time role located in Mumbai for a Consultant /Senior Consultant.

Applicant should have recruitment background or domain knowledge in any 1 of the sectors mentioned below:

Banking and Financial Services

Technology

Qualifications/Additional Qualifications

Min 5-8 years of proven experience in leadership hiring

A post graduate degree / MBA from a reputed business school is desirable.

Excellent communication skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

High-energy and passion

Interviewing and Recruiting skills

Demonstrated ability to meet targets: He/she should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned roles and targets

Subject matter expert

Experience in any of the sectors mentioned above is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills

Candidates with exposure in hardcore sales from any of the above-mentioned sectors are most welcome to apply for the position

Applicant should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through constant interactions.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine staffing needs, interviewing, and recruiting.

Work streams include, scoping, planning, and delivery of one or more areas.

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle of various positions at multiple organization levels and locations

Would involve understanding client mandate, accurate and thorough profiling through Research, Headhunting, Mapping, Screening and Evaluation.

Strategic Mapping engagement

Research on Mid/Senior level engagements

Assisting in preparation of presentations, organization structures and industry reports.

Shortlisting and sourcing right candidates.

Handle execution for certain Mid-level engagements independently

Execution support on Mid/Senior level engagements

Would entail managing and updating databases

Support in Business Development (as and when required)
