• Managing end-to-end recruitment
• Sourcing specialized talent across IT, Data, R&D & Finance roles
• Screening candidates for technical strength & cultural fit
• Building strong talent pipelines
• Partnering with global hiring managers
• Delivering a seamless candidate experience

What Were Looking For

• Relevant recruitment experience
• Strong interviewing and recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High energy, strong ownership mindset, and passion for hiring
• Strong organizational and relationship management skills
• Subject knowledge in your hiring domain
• Candidates with a sales background in the Tech/GCC industry are also encouraged to apply
