About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Consultant Mid to Leadership Hiring who can independently own mandates, advise senior stakeholders, and deliver consistently strong outcomes across levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for mid-management to senior leadership roles (Manager level to CXO-2 / CXO-1)
- Work closely with founders, CXOs, and HR Heads as a trusted talent advisor
- Translate business context into sharp role mandates and hiring strategies
- Assess candidates for capability, culture fit, and long-term growth potential
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent experience to candidates and clients
Qualifications
- 610+ years in recruitment / executive search / niche hiring
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience across mid-management and leadership hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative capability
- Someone who values quality, credibility, and long-term relationships
Pay range and compensation package : Depending on experience and mandate complexity)
Variable / Incentives: Performance-linked commissions over and above fixed pay
Career Path: Clear progression to Practice Lead / Principal Consultant (Exceptional candidates with strong advisory and delivery credentials may be considered beyond this range.)
