The role:
We are looking for an innovative hands-on senior recruiter that can hire strategic talent for various open roles like innovative software engineers, lead engineers, product managers, full stack developers, senior solutions architects, implementation managers and other key IT roles with strong B2B SAAS experience. The role will require pro-active mapping of quality talent across the local market and hire strategic talent for ongoing needs.
This is a strategic role with key responsibility of building a passionate technology team for an innovative B2B SaaS company.
We are looking for somebody who has extensive background hiring strategic IT talent for a B2B SAAS/startup company. Should have a very deep understanding of the latest IT skills and should have a strong understanding of the talent landscape in India for a SAAS company. Need to be creative and out of the box thinker. Should be thorough, analytical, and detail oriented. You are someone with high standards who leads by example, and who will take pride what we do. Should be able to reach out to 40-50 candidates each day for initial screening/qualification.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 8-10 years of hiring strategic talent for a reputed B2B SAAS or IT startup companies with focus on key engineering roles.
- Strong experience recruiting for strategic and key IT roles like solution architects, engineering directors, software engineers and product managers for a startup kind of technology company.
- Extensive experience sourcing with latest social media platforms like LinkedIn, Github etc.
- Ability to attract and engage with high quality talent. Should be an out of the box thinker.
- Have ability to build deep relationships with the local talent and stay connected with them.
- Attend in person networking technology and social events to engage with talent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive targets and goals.
- Ability to self-manage time and tasks, including managing multiple concurrent needs.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sales roles responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of IT skills highly desired.
- High energy and should be able to multi-task.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with global teams highly desired
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business or an equivalents field
