WHAT YOULL DO


Own end-to-end leadership hiring (mid to senior-level roles) across business,

operations, product, tech, and corporate functions.

Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business

needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities.

Drive talent mapping, proactive sourcing, and market research for leadership positions

using LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and industry mapping.

Screen and assess leadership profiles for role fit, capability, culture alignment, and

long-term potential.

Manage the interview process end-to-end, including interview design, coordination,

feedback alignment, and decision-making support.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring strategy, market insights,

compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Ensure a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience, especially for senior and

leadership candidates.

Maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and reports in the ATS; track progress against

hiring plans and SLAs.

Support employer branding initiatives, leadership hiring campaigns, and referral-driven

hiring efforts.

Continuously improve recruitment processes, stakeholder communication, and hiring

efficiency for leadership roles.


REQUIREMENTS


Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to leadership or niche hiring.

Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and close complex roles.

Strong sourcing expertise across various job boards, networks, referrals, and market mapping.

Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
