As a Senior Recruiter, youll be at the forefront of hiring for advanced manufacturing, data infrastructure, semiconductor engineering, and BioPharma facilitiesindustries that are shaping the future.

What Youll Be Doing

Industry-Focused Hiring: Source and place top-tier professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles.

Strategic Sourcing: Use creative sourcing techniques across job boards, social platforms, and industry networks.

Candidate Engagement: Build long-term relationships with niche talent pools and maintain a robust pipeline.

ATS Management: Keep Bullhorn updated with job postings, candidate status, and interview notes.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality hires.

Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs and networking events.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure recruitment processes align with company standards and industry regulations.

KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and timelines.

What Were Looking For

Industry Experience: Proven recruitment experience in manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred) and sourcing tools.

Strong Communicator: Confident, clear, and engaging in candidate and client interactions.

Organized & Agile: Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Driven & Goal-Oriented: Passionate about hitting targets and delivering results.
