Job Description

If you have primary experience in closing roles for product-based companies, this is for YOU!

As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in recruitment for US-based roles of product-based companies (Primarily, startups)


Minimum Experience : 2 to 8 years


Key Responsibilities :

1. Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn and Juicebox and for India-specific job portals like Naukri.

2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent

3. Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs

4. Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data

5. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends

6. Negotiating job offers

7. Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes

Mentoring Junior Recruiters and managing a team of 3-5 people.

Other requirements

1. Recruiters with experience in closing for roles at product-based companies

2. Experience in closing for US-based roles is also a plus
