Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, understand the IT hiring landscape, and can deliver a great candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-tech roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, internal databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes, evaluate technical fit, and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews and stakeholder discussions
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling & offer negotiation
- Track hiring metrics (TAT, pipeline progress, offer conversions)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards/reports
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks & skill sets
- Proficient in recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social sourcing, mapping)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and reporting capabilities
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 22.5 years of experience in IT recruitment
Nice to Have
- Exposure to volume hiring or niche tech roles
- Basic understanding of compensation benchmarking
- Experience using ATS tools or CRM platforms
