Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Non IT to drive end-to-end hiring for business, operations, SCM, retail, and corporate functions. This role is purely focused on recruitment, handling 710 positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure)

Handle 710 active positions at a time

Partner closely with hiring managers

Drive sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations

Ensure strong TAT and quality of hire

Maintain recruitment reports and pipelines

Requirements

58 years of experience in Non IT hiring

Startup / high-growth company exposure preferred

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a target-driven setup
