About the Role
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support hiring for the UK market through a proactive, search-led approach. This role suits someone who prefers quality-driven recruitment, values meaningful candidate conversations, and enjoys working with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
You will manage roles end-to-end and build strong, long-term relationships with professionals across technical and specialist domains.
What Youll Do
- Proactively identify and engage suitable professionals for both full-time and contract roles for UK
- Translate role requirements into effective search and outreach strategies
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, location, and compensation expectations
- Conduct screening and qualification conversations
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships and referral networks
- Deliver high-quality candidate profiles within agreed timelines
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in search-driven or headhunting roles
- Strong judgement-based candidate assessment skills
- Confidence in direct candidate engagement and consultative conversations
- Ability to work independently without scripts or rigid processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using modern recruitment research and sourcing tools
- Prefer candidate with experience recruiting for the UK market
