Working Days: 6 days per week (MondaySaturday)

Edward Food Research & Analysis Centre (EFRAC) is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can independently drive hiring across our Food, Pharma and Environmental Testing divisions.

This is not a support HR role. We need someone who can own recruitment strategy, understand technical laboratory profiles, and deliver quality hires in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, scientific, plant and corporate roles
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct outreach
• Conduct structured screening discussions to assess communication, stability and technical relevance
• Coordinate closely with Lab Heads, QA Managers, Operations, Auditors and Leadership
• Partner with external consultants for niche and urgent mandates
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers and documentation
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles including Analysts, QA/QC, Regulatory, Engineering and Sales
• Enhance employer branding and ensure a strong candidate experience

What Were Looking For

• 810 years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to technical, scientific, engineering or laboratory hiring
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to understand and evaluate profiles like Analysts, QA, Regulatory, Instrumentation, IT, Sales and Operations
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions independently
• Comfortable working with data, Excel trackers and recruitment MIS

Qualification

Graduate or Post-Graduate. Science background preferred.
