Senior Recruiter

Position Purpose:

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across the Brickwork Group and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused environment.

Primary Responsibility:

• Selected candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end HR Recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms
• Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process in coordination with the hiring manager to conduct the skill-based assessments systematically for evaluating the technical competency of the applicants.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes

Competency / Skills:

• Prior experience of working in the BFSI/KPO domain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
• Being proactive and desiring to take ownership
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Well versed with the various job portals, Social media, network sites, reference, headhunting, database, etc., for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Ability and willingness to learn and scale up skillset to the requirements of the organization.

Educational Qualification: Any graduate, Post-Graduation in HR is preferred.

Experience: 5 to 8 years in the Talent Acquisition Domain.

Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience of working in the KPO/Finance domain and can join us within a week.
