Role Title :Senior Real Estate Product Delivery Manager

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the new system implementation (Yardi) and strategic client onboarding (Aviva Investors). 
Subsequently, the role will lead the SMEs within Product Delivery and will be accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development of Yardi IA. Activities include: process design and business requirement specification; support data flow developments and system configuration; report development; SIT testing and implementation and providing support to the Ops teams.
The Candidate will also work alongside the value stream and play a key role in supporting the Real Estate Product strategy.
The role will also liaise with the vendor and internal IT to ensure developments are delivered in a timely and safe fashion.

·       Exposure to Yardi Voyager.

·       Knowledge of basic Investment Accounting processes.

·       Analytical skills for reviewing data integrity and investigating errors or discrepancies.

·       Strong communication and documentation skills to support users and team processes.

·       Eliciting business requirements for process improvement and custom report development.

Desirable Qualifications and Growth Areas

·       Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and/or custom Yardi reporting tools is a plus.

·       Interest in learning more advanced administrative skills such as testing upgrades, workflow configuration, or supporting integration with other platforms.

·       Willingness to participate in end-user training, cross-team projects, and compliance activities
