What Youll Do

Design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native with Expo

Architect scalable, reliable mobile solutions tailored to real-world healthcare workflows and inpatient visits

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features

Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience

• Own the mobile release lifecycle, including preparing and deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Implement and maintain robust testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold engineering best practices
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and advocate for improvements in app quality and performance

What Were Looking For

7+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade mobile applications

5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in a production environment

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern mobile development practices

• Experience with Expo and familiarity with its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and testing frameworks
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on both iOS and Android platforms
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with remote, US-based stakeholders
• Bonus: Experience building healthcare applications or working in high-compliance environments (HIPAA)
