Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our Hyderabad office on a Contract-to-Hire basis , with a clear path to full-time employment with the client after 4 months , based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong and stable professional background and extensive experience building scalable, modern web applications using React.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React.js
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend best practices
• Debug and resolve complex UI issues
• Mentor junior developers and support technical leadership initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a stable career history
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in React.js
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Redux / Context API / modern state management
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend build tools
• Experience in building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications
