Senior Rating Analyst/Lead Analyst - Corporate Credit - 5+ Years - Mumbai

An exciting opportunity for finance professionals with 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment. This role is ideal for candidates from Tier 1 B-schools or Chartered Accountants who possess strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial and business analysis of corporates, preparing detailed rating reports, and maintaining key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze companies financial and business performance, benchmark with peers, and project future performance.
• Conduct detailed credit risk assessments through industry research and financial analysis.

• Present findings to the Rating Committee and address queries with sound justification.
• Manage relationships with key clients and senior management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to brand-building and franchise development initiatives.

Requirements

• MBA (Tier 1 B-School) or CA with 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, underwriting, or financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, markets, and instruments.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
