Location: Mumbai - Khar West

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 12:30pm - 9pm IST - Monday to Friday

Founding Team Role: India Primary, UAE Expansion


We are building a revenue governance and performance optimisation layer for FMCG brands operating across Quick Commerce platforms.

India (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) will be the primary build and validation market, with expansion into UAE platforms (Noon, Talabat, Careem, Amazon).

We are hiring a Senior Quick Commerce Revenue Manager to join the founding team and help design, test and operationalise this model.

This role sits at the intersection of performance, operations, and revenue integrity within Quick Commerce.

You must have hands-on exposure to Quick Commerce operations not just high-level reporting.


Role Responsibilities

Analyse SKU-level and dark store-level availability trends

Identify misalignment between inventory availability and media activation

Map pricing inconsistencies and operational volatility drivers

Design structured revenue guardrails for QC operations

Support pilot audits in India and UAE

Translate QC friction points into scalable frameworks

Work directly with the Founder to shape product logic


This is a build-stage role. You will be designing systems, not maintaining BAU dashboards.


Required Experience

3-6 years relevant FMCG or QC platform experience

Direct hands-on exposure to Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart (mandatory)

Strong understanding of hyperlocal inventory volatility

Experience working with performance data (Excel mandatory; BI tools a plus)

Commercial understanding of SKU-level profitability

Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment


Exposure to UAE / MENA QC markets is a plus but not required.
