Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 1018 Years

Ctc:- 7.2 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location :- Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil Engineering)

Role Summary:

Responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, contracts, and cost control for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, and budgets
• Handle client & subcontractor billing , certifications, and reconciliation
• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims
• Rate analysis, tendering, and contract administration
• Coordinate with site, planning, and accounts teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial terms

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil quantities, billing, and costing
• Experience in RCC, finishing, and infrastructure works
• Proficiency in Excel & billing software
• Good negotiation and communication skills
