Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute detailed test strategies for the RxClaim application
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, or TestComplete
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Log and track defects, and collaborate with development teams for quick resolution
• Share regular updates on test progress, results, and quality metrics
• Promote best practices in test automation and CI/CD within the team
• Ensure all testing aligns with healthcare industry standards and regulations
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, especially in automation
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestComplete)
• Skilled in scripting languages like Java, Python, or VBScript
• Familiar with test management tools such as JIRA or QC/ALM
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Proven excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with RxClaim or healthcare claims systems
