What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

Leads quality assurance activities for enterprise applications, including Intellect IDAL Liquidity Management, Cash Management, and Payments. Designs and implements automated test strategies, test execution, defect management and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and mentors junior QA team members to deliver high-quality solutions that support business objectives and regulatory standards.

How Youll Succeed (Responsibilities):

Test Automation:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for Intellect IDAL solutions to ensure robust and reliable software releases.


Test Management:

  • Utilize tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr for comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring traceability and transparency of QA activities.


Quality Leadership:

  • Lead QA efforts across concurrent projects, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to QA team members to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.


Compliance:

  • Ensure all solutions meet applicable regulatory standards, including AML and sanctions screening, by integrating compliance requirements into QA processes.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure business and technical requirements are understood, testable, and met, maintaining high quality standards.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools, driving efficiencies and improved outcomes for the QA function.


Experience: 5+ years of experience.

Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in QA / testing roles, including experience in leadership or mentorship capacities.
  • Proficient in automated testing using Python, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Experienced with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in API Testing.


Good to have skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Intellect IDAL 25+, Payments, Liquidity, and Cash Management systems is a plus.
  • CTFL certification preferred.
  • Microsoft Copilot.
  • Any level of AI familiarity.
  • CI/CD pipelines / DevOps Practices Highly desired.
