We are looking for a Senior QA with 5+ years of experience to spearhead quality assurance for our ITSM and networking product suites. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across manual and automated testing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Mentor the QA team and define robust test strategies, plans, and end-to-end processes.
• Execution: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for enterprise web applications.
• Networking Focus: Validate complex networking features (TCP/IP, SNMP, VPN) and ensure ITIL/ITSM compliance.
• Collaboration: Partner with Dev teams for RCA, defect tracking in JIRA, and CI/CD automation integration.

Core Requirements

• Linux Expertise: Minimum 2 years of mandatory hands-on experience.
• Networking Pro: Strong troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Log Analysis).
• Automation: Proficiency in Python or Selenium for automated script maintenance.
• Technical Stack: Experience with APIs, SQL, and Agile methodologies.
