About the Business Unit:
The Automotive Practice at Epsilon is a rapidly growing team, driving growth for major players in the automotive industry - from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to dealerships across North America. Part of a 1,600-member multinational team, the practice provides the automotive worlds largest service reminder platform, alongside agency services and digital media solutions. We seek a QA/QC Associate with a solid understanding of modern web-based technologies, cross-browser experience on multiple platforms and a superior eye for detail. The role will require an independent, proactive attitude in order to conceive and refine creative solutions that satisfy the demands of world-class clients and meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
- Ensure best in class email quality by implementing rigorous QA practices
- Possess stellar problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
- Solid Enterprise-grade ESP experience, preferably in a B2C industry
- Executing and/or testing sophisticated campaign tactics
- Dynamic content/personalization to optimize email campaign performance.
- Understanding of technical web design skills such as HTML, CSS
- Managing multiple projects for varied partners simultaneously, in a fast-paced and results oriented environment
- Coordinate with QA/QC lead/team time to time to improve process, issue management and mentoring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Digital/Email Marketing
- Bachelor/Master's degree in area of specialty and/or experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in Manual/Automated Testing
- Detailed understanding of HTML, CSS
- Enterprise-grade ESP experience
- Knowledge of various tools used in Email Marketing and Campaign Build Process
- Understanding of Email Life Cycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple activities, and to meet quality objectives
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and via email)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills
- Good interpersonal skills: teamwork, respect, tact and discretion
- Demonstrate a positive attitude even under pressure
- Excellent attention to details
