Senior QA Test Ananlyst

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe, ensuring the highest standards of quality in solutions and services delivered to world-leading Capital Market Participants.

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering sophisticated technological solutions to international clients. You will work with, and learn from subject matter experts and have the opportunity to begin more responsibility and progress within the Quality Assurance team.  Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai and Paris, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Furthermore, you will: 

• Guarantee the quality and the persistence of the software by understanding the requirement/specification document and crafting test cases to detect bugs within the system.  

• Maintain the integrity & reliability of our software by working closely with the Product Management and Engineering groups and ensure the inclusion of improvements requested by clients

• Design, develop, & implement manual and automated test solutions.

• Investigate test failures in automated tests.

• Detailing test cases and maintaining the test library.

We expect you to have 


• Between 2-5 years of experience in Capital Market, preferably on the Back Office side within Product/Software company or Investment Bank

• Experience in any financial services (Settlement, Accounting, Messaging)

• Proven understanding on any of the asset classes (EQ, FI, COM, FX, FXO, IRD, CDS, MM, Derivatives, Repo)

• Ability to do sophisticated data set up and configuration and implement test cases.

• Very good analytical Skills and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to read sophisticated requirements/specification documents and design test cases.

• Strong ability to work independently in a techno functional environment.

• To be a fast learner, self-motivated teammate, and collaborator.

Education Qualification: Engineering graduate or full time MBA in finance.

It would be great if you have in addition

• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle
• Understanding of Database and SQL
• Knowledge of Xray or Quality Center
• Experience using any Automation tool
