Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) and end-to-end testing . The role involves hands-on testing of complex Pega-based decisioning solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Pega CDH testing experience
• Strong expertise in Pega Decisioning and Next-Best-Action (NBA)
• Experience with end-to-end, functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Good exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with defect management tools such as Jira / ALM
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Mandatory Certifications

• Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• Pega Decisioning Consultant / Pega CDH Lead Certification

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end QA testing for Pega CDH implementations
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test data, and QA documentation
• Identify, track, and ensure resolution of defects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA best practices
