Job Description:

We are seeking aSenior QA Engineer (Individual Contributor) to take ownership of manual testing for web and mobile applications. The role emphasizestraditional QA excellence while encouraging the use ofAI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and productivity. This is a hands-on role with no API testing requirement, focused on functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Performmanual testing of web and mobile applications across multiple platforms and devices.
• Prepare and executetest plans, test cases, and test scenarios with clear documentation.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensurerequirement coverage .
• Conductfunctional, regression, integration, and UAT testing .
• ApplyAI-assisted QA tools for:
• Test case generation
• Defect analysis and reporting
• Documentation automation
• Productivity improvements
• Continuously adapt to new QA processes, tools, and AI-driven workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 36 years of experience inmanual testing (web + mobile).
• Strong knowledge ofSDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle .
• Proven ability to writeclear and comprehensive test cases/reports .
• Strong analytical skills to identify requirement gaps.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity withAI tools in QA (Copilot, ChatGPT, Testim AI, etc.) is aplus .
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and domains.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience inFintech/BFSI domain .
• Understanding ofLoan Origination Systems (LOS) or lending workflows.
