What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The Sr. QA Analyst, DIT Testing is accountable for shaping and executing a forward-thinking testing strategy with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-driven solutions. This role translates business requirements into robust, automated test scenarios and scripts, ensuring comprehensive Development Integration Testing (DIT) across a variety of platforms. The incumbent champions the adoption of advanced automation frameworks and AI technologies, maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

How Youll Succeed (Responsibilities):

Automation-Driven Testing Strategy:

• Define, document, and continuously enhance the testing strategy with a primary focus on automation and AI integration to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.

Comprehensive Automated DIT:

• Ensure thorough Development Integration Testing across platforms by implementing and maintaining advanced automation frameworks and AI-powered testing tools.

Innovation in Automation:

• Proactively research, evaluate, and integrate emerging automation and AI technologies to strengthen the automation landscape and drive continuous improvement.

Complex Issue Resolution:

• Utilize automation and AI-based analytics to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues encountered during test execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Quality Assurance Leadership:

• Advocate for automation best practices and AI-driven quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Risk & Escalation Management:

• Proactively identify risks and escalate concerns, leveraging AI-driven insights to inform decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Experience: 9 - 12 years of experience.

Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of overall experience in Software Testing, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, QA approaches, tools and technologies for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving project delivery, operational, or process challenges.
• At least 6 + years of relevant experience with Jira, Confluence, ALM, Parasoft SOAtest (or SOAPUI or Postman or equivalent), Selenium, Webservices (SOAP / REST), UI, SQL/DB, and ETL testing.
• Minimum 3 years experience in automated software testing and creating test packages from the ground up.
• Hands on experience working with Java or Python or scripting language.
• Strong expertise in developing automated test scenarios and scripts using leading automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Data driven) and AI-powered testing tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI in software testing, such as test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test execution.
• Knowledge of AML / ITC and experience with regulatory projects / programs is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology advancements and trends in test automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey detailed information in an impactful manner.
